Key Responsibilities...

As a Food Service Manager in a vibrant educational environment, you will take the lead in managing on-site teams and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting staff to ensure an efficient, high-quality service to our clients.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Inspiring and overseeing a team of 8 Catering Assistants and 1 Assistant Manager
  • Managing and overseeing a budget
  • Ensuring effective team communication, including fostering internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client engagement to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and staff
  • Preparing meals for students

Taylor Shaw is dedicated to safeguarding children and staff. Candidates selected for this position will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and provide two suitable references.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 2:30pm, 35 hours per week, term time only
