Position Title: Care Assistant Trainee

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Contract Duration: Fixed-term for 15 months

Location: Anchor Maple Dene care home

Embark on a fulfilling career path as a Care Assistant Trainee with a 15-month fixed-term contract, offering 30 hours of work each week. This role is designed for individuals aged 16 and above, where you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and assistance to residents, aiding them in maintaining their independence during personal care routines, mealtimes, and engaging activities. Your presence will be a source of comfort and support, providing a listening ear to those in need.

No prior experience in care is necessary – we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities tailored to your interests, whether in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. You will receive on-the-job apprenticeship training, equipping you for success as you work towards completing a Level 2 Adult Care Worker diploma apprenticeship.
