Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to the resourcing process, including contract generation, pre-employment screening, and vetting processes.
- Act as a central point of contact for candidates during the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the resourcing process is run in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulation.
- Plan and prioritize your own time to deliver both BAU resourcing and project-based activities, contributing to approaches and initiatives to enhance talent attraction opportunities and resourcing performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage your own time effectively and prioritize tasks when required.
- Strong administrative experience, with a proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of dealing with complex administrative processes and administering full end-to-end recruitment processes and technology.
