About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Stockroom Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of inventory and ensuring our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and stocking
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to company standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
