Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager to join our team at Connells, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuation and Viewings: Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers to achieve sales.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate sales, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop new leads, and increase sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
