Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to understand the company's hiring needs and develop a strategic recruitment plan.
  • Source and attract top candidates through various mediums, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Ensure that relevant references are taken where required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Rec2Rec or Exec Search TA role, placing both graduates and experienced consultants.
