About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in St Albans on a 12-month contract. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading on existing projects, driving excellent service standards, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activity
  • Manage subcontractor performance in line with company policy
  • Participate in review meetings with management on project progress, budgets, labor levels, and other key metrics
  • Resolve complaints and implement action plans to address areas of dissatisfaction
  • Think critically and be proactive in managing projects

About You

We are looking for a candidate with significant technical knowledge and extensive proven experience in planned works. You will have a proven track record of delivering external and internal projects on time and on budget. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, technology, and materials
  • Excellent time management and IT skills
  • Proactive and flexible with great influencing skills

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months
