**Job Summary**

RequireTech Resources Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific camera technology and inspection systems, with a proven track record of managing teams and making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide inspired leadership and coaching to senior management team members, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop relationships with key customers, prospects, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of individual performance, addressing any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively under tight timescales and pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
