**Job Summary**
RequireTech Resources Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific camera technology and inspection systems, with a proven track record of managing teams and making strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Provide inspired leadership and coaching to senior management team members, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
- Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop relationships with key customers, prospects, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regular reviews of individual performance, addressing any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as needed.
- Manage company performance, reviewing progress against plans and initiating necessary corrective action to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management or a similar industry, with a strong background in x-ray and detection technology.
- Basic understanding of x-ray technology and imaging, as well as financial statements and data analysis.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively under tight timescales and pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
