Job Summary:

Version 1 is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technology Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology programs across multiple sectors, including Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale technology programs, ensuring successful outcomes and driving growth in the Financial Services sector.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver applications, services, products, or platforms.
  • Ensure governance, standards, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, driving presales and business development to expand existing business.
  • Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1's core values.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of multi-million dollar technology programs in the Insurance domain of Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
  • Background in technology, capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with evidence of building strategic client partnerships and business development.
  • Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
  • Evidence of building high-calibre delivery teams.
