Your Role: We are currently looking for a Lead Environmental Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and clients, while also overseeing the presentation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform janitorial tasks across the designated campus.
- Supervise part-time staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Conduct outdoor maintenance, including trash collection and landscaping upkeep.
- Manage indoor cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Foster respectful relationships with employees, interns, and clients.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with staff and clients, addressing any policy or personnel issues as they arise.
- Protect the privacy of all staff and client information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Report any concerns regarding privacy policies or practices to your supervisor without fear of retaliation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements as per federal regulations.
- Proficient in computer use within a Windows environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision.
- Knowledge of substance abuse issues and relevant laws.
