Aircraft Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Exeter office. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, improving existing policies, and managing audit compliance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the firm's ongoing success.
- Improve existing policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Manage audit compliance reviews to ensure the firm is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake training on compliance and educate the wider team on compliance procedures.
- Monitor CPD to ensure the team is kept up to date with the latest compliance requirements.

Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background in accountancy practice.
- Hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base.
- Motivated and seeking an opportunity to move into a more analytical, detail-oriented, and internally focused role, improving compliance procedures while training and developing others.
