Child Community Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As an ECT Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care for clients admitted to our ward.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure the highest standard of nursing care is maintained in accordance with trust policies and procedures.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to clinical decisions regarding clients in your care.
- Manage caseloads effectively and ensure timely and accurate documentation of nursing care.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the ECT pathway and assist medical staff as required.
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications and experience in Child Community Learning Disability Nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ECT procedures and protocols.
