Child Community Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Child Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As an ECT Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the assessment, planning, and implementation of care programs for clients admitted to our ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise junior staff and ensure high standards of nursing care
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to clinical decisions
- Manage caseloads effectively and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Keep accurate and timely professional records
- Assist in the development of service standards and participate in clinical audit
