Job Title: Cleaning Contract Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee a large rail contract, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quality-of-service delivery. The successful candidate will have direct Line management responsibility for 20 operatives and will demonstrate the energy and drive to take the contract forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams to ensure quality-of-service delivery
- Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits, and ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure, and influence at a senior level
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
