As a Catering Manager with Adecco, you will be part of a leading global staffing agency, dedicated to providing innovative workforce solutions to businesses. You will be responsible for managing a team of catering professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
The Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in cooking and knowledge of food preparation techniques, including catering for large groups
- Exceptional management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service
- A thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- The ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in catering or food safety will be an advantage
