Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare or treatment setting
  • Coordinate therapies, services, and referrals through the behavioral health program
  • Work with individuals, groups, and families to improve their functioning and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the needs of individuals and families

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of experience in clinical social work services in a healthcare or treatment setting
  • Licensure as a Certified Social Worker or Certified Social Worker, Clinical by the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners
  • Ability to work and travel to all Worcester County Health Department sites
