About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team and drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all inbound and outbound activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of housekeeping across the site.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Schedule daily workload and allocate staff effectively.
- Develop and implement new procedures and standards to improve efficiency.
- Recruit and manage warehouse team members, including performance reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in managing heavy products in an SME environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to lead by example and implement change.
- Experience in managing a small team and driving improvements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile products.
