Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels in working areas and work as an active member of the theatre team.
  • Support the team in delivering care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community.
  • Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with others involved in patient care.
  • Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients and demonstrate courage to speak up when concerns arise.
