About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As an Instrument Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive Sterile Instrument service to the Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, and OPD.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels in working areas and work as an active member of the theatre team.
- Support the team in delivering care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community.
- Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with others involved in patient care.
- Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients and demonstrate courage to speak up when concerns arise.
