Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Orthodontics to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to dentists and orthodontists in the use of our ClearCorrect 3D treatment planning software. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and quality of treatment plans, as well as enhancing communication between our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to dentists and orthodontists in case evaluation, treatment planning, and patient selection.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our products, including ClearPilot 3D treatment planning software.
  • Support providers in making clinical decisions that contribute to the success of orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase case utilization and acquire new providers.
  • Train ortho sales and service teams in the region to increase their orthodontic knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and provide input and feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Dentistry and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong teamwork skills and high social competence.
  • A player-learner mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and result-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused on priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
