Academy Catering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering team at an Outdoor Activity Centre in Winmarleigh, Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a fast-paced catering operation, providing guests with appetising and nutritious meals and a memorable dining experience.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, including a Head Chef and Front of House Manager, to ensure correct procedures are followed, meals are prepared on time, and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Ensure food allergen procedures are followed by all staff and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and ensure compliance with nutritional and dietary requirements.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste management.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
- City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Level 3 Management qualification.
