As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top talent for various positions within the shipping and maritime industry, including shipbrokers, traders, charterers, operations managers, and senior management roles.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the shipping or maritime industry, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Competitive Salary: Ranging from £24,000 to £30,000+ (experience-dependent).
  • Uncapped Commission: Achievable earnings of up to £60,000 per annum including base salary, commission & bonuses.
