Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Saxton Recruitment is proud to present a senior quantity surveyor opportunity with a leading Top 10 building contractor based in the East Midlands.


This is an excellent chance for a senior quantity surveyor to work with a highly successful contractor delivering landmark construction projects across education, commercial, and high-rise accommodation sectors.


The company has a great reputation, a solid supply chain, and a full pipeline of work for 2024/2025/2026.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing a team of quantity surveyors across multiple sites
  2. Assisting in the development and mentoring of the team
  3. Overseeing cost reporting on projects
  4. Reporting into the commercial director

Requirements:
  1. Experience working on education projects is preferred
  2. Experience managing teams across multiple projects
  3. Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  4. Experience working on framework contracts

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering multiple education projects as a senior quantity surveyor for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
