Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services in a corporate client building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality TFM services, including cleaning, workplace/front of house, engineering, waste management, and day-to-day catering support.
    • Manage the maintenance, repair, and renewal of the building's fabric and mechanical and electrical (M&E) assets.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and control budgets for service streams, including operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx).
  • People Management
    • Lead and manage a team of individuals delivering services within the corporate building.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure the quality of all services provided within your area of responsibility, including auditing and tracking remedial actions to completion.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently with limited support.
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
