Client Support Specialist

Position Overview:
This position involves:
- Efficiently managing customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring a high-quality response.
- Processing customer orders via phone and addressing email inquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing the service experience provided to our clients.
- Ensuring customers leave with a favorable impression of Zoro UK Ltd.
- Coordinating order placements with suppliers and monitoring their progress.
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including order tracking and processing returns and refunds.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Adhering to GDPR regulations (training will be provided).
- Consistently meeting the requirements of the company management system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- A strong customer-centric approach.
- Capability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and a high volume of inquiries.
- Attention to detail while juggling various responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Proficient in computer usage; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and listening.
