Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a Control and Reconciliation Officer. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile ledgers and accounts to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Accounting Operations: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the General Ledger Accountants and other team members to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel and able to perform complex data analysis and manipulation.
- Reconciliation and Data Manipulation: Strong skills in reconciliation and data manipulation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
