Job Summary:
Trace – Expert Accountancy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Fund Controller to join a leading Investment Manager with over £10bn in assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of fund management information and reporting on investment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and review fund management information and reports on investment performance.
- Oversee the annual fund statutory accounts and audit process.
- Manage investor drawdowns, distributions, equalisations, and general investor reporting.
- Collaborate with third-party fund administrators to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with the asset management team to report on fund performance.
- Conduct financial due diligence on target investments.
Requirements:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Audit experience with a Private Equity funds client base or fund accounting experience in-house or with a fund services provider.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across the business.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, plus excellent benefits and bonus potential.
