Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and approachable leader to manage one of our London shops. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and a customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive work environment, where team members feel valued and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage shop operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams.
- WSET L2 or L3 qualification, or equivalent experience in the wine and spirits industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.

Job Type
