An exceptional opportunity has emerged to become part of a globally recognized facilities management organization, renowned for its outstanding reputation in the sector.

Our client is seeking candidates with a robust background in commercial gas, adept at handling a diverse range of equipment including boilers, air handling units (AHUs), pumps, and motors.

The selected engineer will oversee multiple sites along the South Coast, fostering strong relationships while executing both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

Industry-leading training will be provided, along with remarkable prospects for career advancement within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance
- Work on boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, mechanical tasks, ventilation systems, and temperature testing
- Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call duties (1 in 4, details to be discussed during the interview)
- Work schedule: 45 hours per week
Requirements:
- Essential: Commercial gas tickets
- Preferable: F Gas ticket
- Full UK Driving License
