Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Associate to become a vital part of our dedicated team in Marylebone. This position is customer-facing and demands exceptional service skills, alongside the capability to juggle various responsibilities effectively. You will represent our store, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they enter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and accommodate guests, providing refreshments and ensuring their comfort.
- Process online orders, including packing and preparing for shipment.
- Make trips to manage repair drop-offs and collections.
- Update inventory levels in Shopify to maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and keep stock areas organized.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, ensuring the store is prepared for business.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the store is adequately equipped at all times.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 3 days a week, including some Saturdays (Sundays closed).
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong customer service skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Experience with Shopify or similar inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment on-site.
