William Grant & Sons is seeking a People Operations Leader to enhance our established HR team. This pivotal position will allow you to collaborate with a dynamic group committed to delivering effective HR solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to proactively assist team leaders within the Operational Business Unit (OBU) by managing a diverse range of HR activities.
The successful candidate will engage in recruitment, career development, learning and development, and compensation strategies to foster a high-performing workforce. You will address organizational, personnel, and management challenges, providing practical guidance on all HR matters while coordinating with Central HR for specialized support as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional. Given the nature of this role, candidates should have strong analytical and Excel skills, along with a broad spectrum of generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
