Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated facilities team. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations across various sites, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and maintaining high standards of service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Execute maintenance tasks as directed, adhering to the highest standards.
  • Lead first-line interactions with the facilities team, both formally and informally.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections across all operational sites.
  • Provide additional support and cover as necessary.


Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Participation in the on-call rota is also required.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid UK driving license, as travel between sites is necessary.
  • Significant experience in general maintenance and staff supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
