About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel. As a Social Services Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the needs of clients
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve client goals
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Adult Social Services experience
- Registered with the HCPC
