About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide application system support for bespoke LIMS applications serving 600 global users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for LIMS applications, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in LIMS applications and software development.
