Academic and Operations Manager

About the RoleAs the Operations Director Mental Health & Complex Care, Young Adults, you will have operational responsibility for a 5-bed service and a newly commissioned 4-bed service for young adults with complex care needs. You will ensure adherence to Safeguarding policies and maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services for young adults with complex care needs
- Manage a team of staff to provide care services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- At least two years of multi-site or RI experience within complex care for young adults (ABI/Physical Disabilities, etc.)
- Proven track record in line with CQC standards
- Nurse qualification or experience overseeing nursing services for young adults
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK Manual Driving Licence
