We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Chelmsford (Springfield) Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Make a positive impact on our guests' stay, whether it's serving a meal, making a cocktail, or simply being a friendly face.

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £ per hour.
  • A permanent contract with guaranteed hours of 16 per week, allowing you to plan your week around your commitments.
