Cost Estimator - Kilmarnock - £35-40K
Glenelly Recruitment Solutions is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Cost Estimator to join our Power & Civils Distribution division located in Kilmarnock. Our company has secured a framework for the upkeep and enhancement of the existing underground LV network and the introduction of new services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Bills of Quantities from project specifications.
- Ensuring precise and timely commercial reporting for the framework.
- Generating and distributing Purchase Orders.
- Evaluating and processing subcontractor payments.
- Managing client invoicing.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to guarantee the financial success of the framework.
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in:
- Competence with SAP.
- Experience in civil engineering or utilities projects.
- A background in frameworks and DNO projects.
We are in search of a motivated and capable Cost Estimator who can significantly contribute to the project's success. Whether you are a junior, assistant, or trainee looking to advance your career, or you have prior experience, we are eager to connect with you. The standard working hours are 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
