About the Role

This is a fixed-term teaching position for up to 1 year, replacing a staff member on secondment. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of radiotherapy physics and experience in lecturing and project supervision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Main Duties
  • Supervise or assist with supervision of undergraduate, taught graduate, and research graduate students.
  • Teach at undergraduate and graduate levels in radiotherapy physics and other areas as allocated by the line manager.
  • Incorporate VERT into the radiotherapy curriculum and contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
  • Participate in the development, administration, and marking of exams and other assessments.
  • Participate in the administration of the department's programs of study and other activities as requested.
