Job Title: Group Service and Technical Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Service and Technical Reporting Analyst to join our team at TribePost Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing high-quality reports and visualizations to empower stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in a Business Intelligence (BI) tool to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Group functions, IT, and multiple departments to understand their requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering resources to ensure the desired end-state is achieved and best practices are implemented.
  • Manage external BI development resources to ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions.
  • Define and implement best practices and training in Power BI to improve usage, self-service, and self-management within the organization.
  • Present data findings in a user-friendly format, tailoring presentation to the needs of the audience or recipient, interpreting data, and identifying actions/recommendations.
  • Provide visibility and reporting covering all areas of the S&T operation, including performance, escalations, and network performance across the S&T division.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Power BI skills and experience with a wide range of data sources.
  • Highly numerate with strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to drive better solutions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate about data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to take ownership of issues and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn new technical skills and work in an agile environment.
