We are seeking a highly skilled Group Service and Technical Reporting Analyst to join our team at TribePost Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing high-quality reports and visualizations to empower stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in a Business Intelligence (BI) tool
- Export, combine, and cleanse data from various sources to create visually appealing reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to understand, agree, and document their requirements
- Communicate progress and demo reporting solutions to the wider business
- Manage external BI development resources to ensure the desired end-state is achieved
- Work closely with data engineering resources for complex deliveries
- Define and implement best practices and training in Power BI to improve usage and self-service
- Manage your own technical expertise to become a Power BI SME within the business
- Use accurate data analysis to predict trends and fluctuations in network activity
- Be responsible for the ongoing management, timings, and input to the Forecast and costs
- Present data findings in a user-friendly format, tailoring presentation to the needs of the audience or recipient
- Provide visibility and reporting covering all areas of the S&T operation, e.g., Performance, escalations, and Network performance
- Ensure formal governance and control of process documentation is in place
Requirements:
- General knowledge of modern data visualization and BI tools
- Experience with a wide range of data sources
- Experience of working in an agile fashion
- Highly numerate with Advanced Power BI skills
- MS Package applications
- SQL Skills
- Problem-solving abilities – using creative thinking to drive better solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate about data to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail
- Takes ownership of issues and proactively works to resolve them
- Team player
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in an agile way (iterative developments, able to pivot and change focus if required)
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
