About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at Tennex Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation and integration projects, driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
  • Oversee process optimization and integration of new businesses, ensuring continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices.
  • Engage stakeholders, work closely with C-suite and department heads to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in transformation and integration projects or related roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills.
  • Ideal experience in the Managed Print or Document Solutions sector.
  • Experience in managing post-merger integrations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in change management, process optimization, and business transformation.
