About the Role

Aztec is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the delivery of change management at an enterprise level, supporting the company's Transformation Programme.

This role reports directly to the Transformation Change Lead and requires a focus on planning and delivering change through a change network, working closely with the core Programme/Project Team.

The purpose of this role is to manage and lead people change activities, focusing on change adoption and benefit realization, with the goal of enhancing the client's journey and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Plans: Create and execute change management plans based on Aztec's Change Management Methodology, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change plans, business readiness, and change interventions, to drive adoption and ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the initiative.
  • Adopt Change Management Toolkits and Frameworks: Utilize change management toolkits and frameworks from the Transformation Team to support the successful implementation of change through a structured approach, working with the Change Team to adapt where necessary to deliver the size and complexity of change.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the transformation team, programme/project, training, and communications teams, as well as leaders across the business, to facilitate the deployment of change across jurisdictions, markets, and teams, ensuring the organization is ready for change and the impact of adoption levels is monitored consistently.
  • Develop Communications and Training Materials: Support the development of communications and training materials associated with the proposed change with the communications team.
  • Evaluate Change Impact: Evaluate the impact of change activities through structured post-implementation reviews and feedback analysis, ensuring that future change management initiatives are developed using lessons learned and the approach and delivery of change continually evolves across the business.
  • Establish a Change Management Network: Develop and support a change management network by influencing and closely supporting change community, providing consistent approaches, tools, methods, and coaching.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Champion the development of a continuous improvement culture, which will help deliver a continuously evolving and improving client and user experience. Together with the Change team, work on upskilling the business in change management.
  • Requirements
    • 7+ years of experience working in a change environment with demonstrable success in delivering benefits on a project.
    • Change Management/Programme/Project qualifications with proven use of tools and methodologies.
    • Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a project/programme at a global level.
    • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor the execution of change and maximize adoption levels.
    • Exposure to the entire programme/project lifecycle with a proven track record of change management within a transformation programme.
    • Attentive individual who is comfortable with delivering detailed outputs as well as executive-level summaries.
    • Strong experience in identifying and managing change risks.
    • Stakeholder management: ability to identify and manage risk, influence and relationship building, and proactively build productive and open and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
