Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Hospitality Services Coordinator to enhance our guest experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service and attention during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the VIP guest list daily, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure personalized service for special occasions and regular patrons.
