Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Full-time onsite

Compensation: £12.43 per hour

Contract Duration: 12-month contract

This role is an integral part of the Asset Management division, responsible for the lifecycle management of equipment. The team is dedicated to enhancing the value of off-lease assets, facilitating the transition of new equipment by managing the removal of existing assets, and generating additional shareholder value through various services, including the remarketing of certified pre-owned products and Trade-In initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Coordinate and monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination. Ensure the system is updated with accurate shipment information.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with carriers and clients to address and resolve any shipment-related issues.
  • Freight Claims: Manage freight claims effectively.
  • Cost Management: Verify final shipment costs provided by carriers for accuracy.
  • Invoice Management: Ensure timely invoicing for customers.
  • Customs Documentation: Process asset checks from vendors, upload them into the system, and file them appropriately.
  • Report Management: Update and maintain various reports for management meetings and daily reviews.
  • Returns Logistics Knowledge: Engage with the team to enhance understanding of the returns logistics process.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven customer service skills, preferably with a background in logistics or transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player.
