We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our client in Stoke on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of the parts team, you will be responsible for supporting the team, answering incoming calls, and responding to messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the parts team to ensure efficient operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Processing parts orders and managing inventory

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clean driving license and availability to work occasional Saturdays
