Financial Operations Manager

Transaction Recruitment is supporting a leading business in their search for an experienced Transaction Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a successful finance team overseeing transactional finance, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, treasury, and credit control.
- Implement process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained.
- Motivate team members through regular one-to-one meetings and appraisals.
- Recruit new team members and support the implementation of a new system.
