Accounting and Administration Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at SF Recruitment. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts function for the business. This includes managing the purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses, credit card reconciliations, and credit control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the business, including dealing with customer queries and negotiating prices for services
* Work closely with the accounts manager to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts function
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

**Requirements:**

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Experience working with computerized accounting software
* Ability to manage and prioritize your workload
