We are seeking a Lead Animation Specialist to enhance our dynamic development team. This role is pivotal in shaping multiple projects, including an exciting battle royale game and other unannounced titles, alongside our original IP set for future release.
This position is ideal for a seasoned Lead Animator eager to advance their career. You will be responsible for crafting innovative animations and behaviors for thrilling new projects. Our rapidly expanding art team is looking for a driven individual to foster team growth and maximize our creative output.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental performance and professional growth through constructive feedback during review cycles.
- Lead the Animation department employing effective people management strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Art, Designers, Programmers, and Producers to align creative vision with production realities.
- Produce high-quality in-game animations that meet project standards and artistic direction.
- Assess animation quality within the game and implement improvements to adhere to technical and artistic requirements.
- Act as a mentor and role model for the animation team, fostering a creative and enthusiastic environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in Motion Capture, Motion Builder, Maya, 3DS Max, and Character Studio.
- Ability to animate realistic human movements effectively.
- Expertise in rigging and skinning techniques.
- Capable of delivering high-quality animations across various game engines, including Unreal.
- In-depth understanding of the video game development lifecycle and production pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of effective people management practices.
- Commitment to personal professional development and mentoring others to enhance their skills.
