About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Site Sales Consultant to join our team in Marton, Gainsborough. As a Site Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working within our New Homes Site Sales office, registering client details, booking and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between developers and buyers, and working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards.

  • Canvass and produce new business
  • Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation

What You Need to Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrable track record of success within a target-driven role in Estate Agency, ideally with knowledge or experience working within New Homes. You will also need to have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills, and a hunger to earn.

What's On Offer

We offer a basic annual salary of £25,000, dependent on your experience, with an OTE of £40,000*. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through our sales scheme, which includes 1st appointments arranged for our Mortgage and Protection Advisers, legal sign-ups, and sale completion.

Working Hours and Benefits

Our working hours are Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm. You will also have access to dedicated training from day one, with ongoing coaching and development. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in incentive trips to exciting destinations.

We are looking for someone who is able to engage with people from all walks of life, hold conversations to establish their needs and wants, and communicate effectively through email, phone, face-to-face, and on videos for our social channels. You will also need to be able to keep a lot of plates spinning, maintain momentum throughout different responsibilities and tasks, and be a team player.

The Finer Details

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need to have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. You will also need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport or birth certificate, proof of address, and National Insurance number.
