We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Shared Lives team as a Caregiver for Vulnerable Adults. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and care to individuals with varying needs, including those with dementia, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in a community-based setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
