ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven client relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts.
The responsibilities of the client relationship manager encompass maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our services and solutions, devising and implementing strategic initiatives to promote account development, strengthening and enhancing client partnerships, identifying opportunities for new business, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
To excel in this role, you should effectively manage and nurture your accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
Your role will involve actively generating leads, reaching out to potential clients through outreach efforts, and building robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Your expertise in outreach and your ability to clearly articulate the benefits of our services will be vital in driving business expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivating and maintaining a thorough understanding of our services, market competitors, and industry developments to remain knowledgeable and effective in client engagements
- Identifying and evaluating appropriate sites for new and ongoing contracts
- Initiating communication with potential clients, following up on leads, and successfully onboarding new clients to grow the business.
- Building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Understanding and addressing client needs, proactively seeking new business opportunities within your designated accounts
- Delivering outstanding customer service and consistently striving to exceed client expectations
- Ensuring clear and effective communication between internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients
- Identifying areas for enhancement within the account management process and proposing new tools and streamlined procedures to improve efficiency
- Employing strategic thinking when faced with challenges from internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Entry-level professional focused on business development, sales, or account management
- Ideally experienced in the healthcare industry
- Motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to achieve success
- Experience in outreach and lead generation would be beneficial
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage client data and communications effectively
- Highly organized and solution-oriented, capable of overcoming challenges and achieving goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently drive initiatives
- Possession of a full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle to support travel for client meetings and business requirements
